Nettle Tea Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon dried nettle (or a few fresh nettle leaves)
500 ml of water
Honey or sugar to taste (optional)
Lemon slices (optional)

Instructions:

Rinse fresh nettle leaves under cold water if using fresh ones to remove dust and dirt.
Put the nettles in a teapot or in a teacup.
Pour hot water and let the tea brew for 5-7 minutes. The brewing time can be adjusted depending on the preferences for the strength of the tea.
If you want, add lemon slices for freshness.
Sweeten the tea with honey or sugar to taste.
Strain the tea to remove the hard parts (nettle leaves) if you do not use a strainer for brewing.
Pour the tea into cups and enjoy a fragrant and healthy drink.
Nettle is rich in vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin C, iron and calcium. Its use in tea can give the drink a slight bitterness and enrich it with useful substances.
